I am Kevin Duffy, Vice President of the Crankin’ A’s of Daytona Beach, where “Touring Season” is year-round.  We have a very active group here, and the mechanical knowledge of our folks is characterized as “Between everyone, they know everything.”

When I decided that I needed to rebuild the two-tooth steering box in my ’30 Tudor, I asked around and was told that the company that was making the worm and sector went out of business a few years ago.  I spend my 45-year professional career as a police officer, so I have a talent for finding things and people - and this was a typical "cold case." I kept digging.  Eventually I found that the company had not gone out of business, but instead just lost its import chain from Argentina.

After a few months of investigation, negotiation and inspection, we were able to strike a deal to become the exclusive United States importer and distributor of Model A Steering parts from the original manufacturer in Argentina.  

So now we can again rebuild our Model A Two-Tooth Steering Boxes with quality repair parts assembled into a comprehensive kit.
